“What supplements will help me lose / gain weight?”

It’s one of the top questions I get asked as a personal trainer. Everyone wants to know about pre-workouts, protein powder, BCAA’s, recovery drinks, mass gainers… you name it, they think they need it. And SO many people are convinced that “fat burners” are actually going to somehow burn fat and help them lose lots of weight just from taking a pill. If it’s one thing I’ve tried to do it’s educate people that this is not the case. So, today, I’m joined by two professionals from the Sports Nutrition and supplement industry to get some real, trustworthy, definitive answers once and for all.
